Terms + Conditions

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

  • Check in is any time after 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. 

    • You will receive your Villa Door Codes by email one day before check in. 

    • If an earlier arrival time is needed luggage can be stored in the guest services area 

  • Remaining payment will be applied day of check in. 

  • Please close the door when leaving the villa and ensure all taps are turned off. 

  • Check out time at the latest 11:00 and staying in the room after 11:00 will incur a fee of $75/half hour.

  • Before you leave please make sure to take a look around for any misplaced shoes or other personal items, like phone chargers. If we find any, we will make our best effort to contact you as soon as we can, but we cannot guarantee the return of any lost or forgotten items. If items need to be sent via postal service, any mailing costs will be applied to the credit card on file. 

  • Do remember to hang any and all wet towels so that they may dry prior to your next use of them. You will also find that we do not provide shampoo and conditioners, only an eco-friendly hand soap in the bathroom for guest use. Please feel free to bring it home with you at the end of your stay. 

CANCELLATION:

  • After a reservation is made there is a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival date are subject to one nights stay per room booked. Cancellations within 24 hours of check in or in the case of no-show, a charge of the full stay will be applied. 


    GENERAL:

  • It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable or explosive materials and objects with unpleasant smell into any villa areas. Any and all damages caused from doing so will be charged to the credit card on file. 

  • Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed in all Villas including the guest services area. Any and all damages caused from doing so will be charged to the credit card on file. 

  • We do our best to ensure the safety of our property and guests but we cannot guarantee the safety of valuables, money and documents that are left in your room once you leave.

  • For your safety we must insist that you do not walk off of lighted paths after sunset, including both on RiverCrest property and that of neighboring Flag Hill Distillery & Winery.

  • We also kindly remind you that Flag Hill Distillery & Winery is an operating wedding venue and to ensure the utmost respect to guests and couples, please stay off of Flag Hill Distillery & Winery property during weddings.  Please adhere to signs letting you know an active wedding is happening.

  • You may bring a grill but it must be 15 feet away from any buildings/combustibles and you must  properly dispose of any grease.

  • RiverCrest Villas reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or party for any reason.

THE SPACE:

  • Please immediately inform us of any defects or faults in the room or possible dissatisfaction with the service.

  • Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) are intended for your use during your stay at the villa and you are kindly requested not to take them out. Upon check-out, any missing items will be charged at cost with an additional $20 management fee per item will be applied to the credit card on file. Your room inventory list can be found in the rooms welcome booklet.

  • Please keep the equipment and furniture safe. We will be forced to charge you any damage caused during your stay.

  • You are welcome to invite guests to enjoy the space but we ask that you not exceed the 4 person occupancy per villa and follow our quiet hours. Please do not create noise which could disturb other guests in the rooms and public areas, especially in the period from 11:45 PM to 7:00 AM. All fires are to be extinguished and all outdoor activities ceased.

  • Each guest Villa is equipped with a Smart ROKU TV so you will have the ability to access your personal Netflix, Hulu, etc accounts. Roku Channel is a free channel if you do not have a streaming account.

  • RiverCrest Villas lodging accommodation can be used only by the person registered at the reception and has a maximum occupancy of four (4) guests. 

  • Rooms and the guest services area that are left in need of a deep clean will be charged an additional $250 to the credit card on file.  You should leave this area as you found it.

  • Please be aware that we are a green resort, meaning that we try to make a conscious effort to reduce the amount of waste we create. In an effort to do so we will not be collecting your linens on a daily basis, but instead at the end of your stay. Please do remember to hang any and all wet towels so that they may dry prior to your next use of them. You will also find that we do not provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash. In the event you forgot any toiletries, please contact guest services. 

  • If you find yourself needing your garbage disposed of during your stay feel free to contact a member of staff at 603-235-6550 and we will be happy to bring you a new bag and dispose of the old.

  • Any complaints of individual, agency or contractual guests shall be taken into account if they are submitted during the guest’s stay at the Villas. Complaints sent or submitted later shall not be accepted.

  • Rooms that are left in need of a deep clean will be charged an additional $250 to the credit card on file.

PET POLICY:

  • Pets are only allowed in the Vignoles, Cayuga, Brandy, and Gin Villas (1, 2, 7, & 10)

  • Guests must inform staff of a pet 1 week before check-in via email at info@rivercrestvillas.com and a $50 pet fee per pet will be applied to your invoice. 

  • A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per pet friendly villa.

  • If any excessive cleaning is required upon checkout, the guest will be notified via email and a $250 cleaning fee will be added to the invoice. 

  • Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. 

  • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet. 

  • Guests must clean up after their pet

  • The hotel reserves the right to charge a guest's account commensurate to the cost of such damages.

  • Dogs must be leashed at all times when not in the pet friendly villa.
